Ryan Perrilloux is a pretty damn good QB...what I've seen of him anyway. Matt Flynn is the starting QB for the LSU Tigers, so Perrilloux didn't get much playing time unless Flynn was hurt or taking a break or drinking a beer (whatever).
Les Miles, Head Coach of the Tigers, has booted Perrilloux from the team following a college career of disciplinary and legal problems.
One istance has Perrilloux using a fake ID to get into a Casino in Baton Rouge; which got him into a counterfeiting investigation (almost), he also got into a fight at a Night Club, but was cleared of all wrongdoing.
