James Patterson is best known for his Alex Cross character (portrayed by Morgan Freeman in Along Came a Spider and Kiss the Girls) and ABC's (probably) short-lived Women's Murder Club series. He's got a new book coming out called The Dangerous Days of Daniel X.
Daniel X chronicles the adventures of a conflicted yet extraordinary teen who yearns to discover secrets about himself and his family as he battles alien outlaws who threaten life on Earth.
Well...going on that Regency has picked up the rights to the book and plan to make a movie out of it.
Sounds pretty interesting to say the least, the book hits shelves in July of this year.
