Jones defeats Trinidad in 12 via UA

Roy Jones Jr. and Felix Trinidad busted their asses tonight, beating the shit out of each other. What helped Jones secure the Unanimous Decision was his knock downs of Trinidad in the 7th and 10th and wins in the last 7 rounds of the competition.

This is honestly like the first boxing match I've watched since Mike Tyson faced someone, and took another bite out of someone's ear. I do like boxing, I've never really been a huge fan, but I can understand why people do watch it. Boxing is undeniably the most tiring sport in the world. You constantly have to defend your face, move your feet and throw your fists at people. UFC is probably fucking hard, but a lot of times you're on the ground in submission moves. Imagine if you will, keeping your arms up, bent at the elbows in front of your face for 12 rounds of a match, all the while staying on your feet and moving around to evade jabs, uppercuts, and hooks.

I give massive props to Roy Jones Jr and Felix Trinidad for keeping me entertained. They're both in their late thirties (Jones; 39, Trinidad; 35), but still managed to keep that going competitively for 12 rounds.

A good show.
