Edward Burns is a great, great, great writer. He writes gritty and real dialogue about gritty and real things, like relationships for example. He is a prime example of the independent film director/writer. I just finished watching his flick Purple Violets which starred Selma Blair, Patrick Wilson, and Debra Messing. Great, great flick, and it was severely worth it. Go ahead and do whatever you have to do to get your hands on it.
Well worth the price.
