Diablo Cody's 2008 apparently rocked.

I love Diablo Cody, I do. I loved her book Candy Girl and I loved the movie Juno that she wrote. I, however, don't have a bunch of reasons as to why 2008 Rocked. I will write JD's Five Reasons why 2008 Rocked and 2008 Sucked a Dick.

What if...Cody and Spielberg ..

Decided they were going to be in cahoots together??

Then Diablo Cody, scribe of Juno and the coming television show starring Toni Collette (which she is doing with Spielberg) The United States of Tara, is working on an original Steven Spielberg idea. Holy shit, that's a pretty cool job if you ask me.

Showtime takes "Tara" to series.

This is only news because Diablo Cody is the person behind it. Cody recently wrote Juno and has won praise for said flick. Right now she's got a horror flick coming out called Jennifer's Body which stars uber-hot Megan Fox. The United States of Tara will star John Corbett and Toni Collette. I have no idea what the series is about, but it's helmed by Craig Gillispie who recently got mild praise for Lars and the Real Girl.

Apparently Diablo Cody (who I actually dig a lot her book Candy Girl is fantastic) has a new movie coming out called Jennifer's Body which is a horror movie. She claims it's in the same vein as Sam Raimi's stuff. Should be interesting; they also touched on their first concerts Cusack's was a simulcast (How come I remember simulcasts?) of The Who. Cody's was a New Kids on the Block concert...

Anyway...it's a pretty funny video, some laughs and such. So check it out.
