Apparently CBS loves their cop shows, after deciding on a remake of Streets of San Francisco they've apparently hired Criminal Minds show runner Ed Bernero to head a remake of Hawaii Five-O which would actually revolve around Steve McGarrett's son - who takes the same job as his father - which is to be a part of a fictional state police agency that protects Hawaii..
I'd watch it. First show was awesome. It's a remake season that's for sure.
