Jose Canseco v. Vai Sikahema

It's interesting to me that Jose Canseco is doing something this stupid. I mean, offering $5,000 to someone to fight him. Finally someone has stepped up. Vai Sikahema stepped up, a former Philadelphia Eagle who had a dream of being an amateur boxer before becoming a football player. He actually fought in a Gold Gloves Competition (Sugar Ray Leonard ultimately won). Anyway, Sikahema has actually taken Canseco's challenge and...answered it.

Jesus Fuck The Heck...

The Rocket Sputter

Rocket Roger Clemens is in for it. After a testimony filled with denials, one denial which said he was "not at Jose Canseco's party" after McNamee swore that he was...has been debunked.

Clemens was There.

A former 11-year-old kid says so.

Apparently a kid, who was at the party took pictures of all the baseball players that were there. Clemens being one of them. At said party, Clemens apparently spoke with Canseco and a third unidentified person. Then a short time later, Clemens spoke to McNamee about "using steroids."

I think Rocket is going to prison.

Oh well.

What the fuck, Canseco?

Seriously as I try desperately to find something to read I find this article on Yahoo! Sports, whereas it says Magglio Ordonez was contacted by Jose Canseco, who asked for money to finance a movie based on his book Juiced. He claimed he wouldn't implicated Ordonez in his second book...

Now, I don't know about you, but I never really suspected Ordonez of using steroids, and Scott Boras is lit up over this (Boras is Ordonez's agent). Scott Boras filed a complaint with the FBI over Canseco's alleged call.

For the record Ordonez is probably one of the most even baseball players in the league right now. His numbers are fantastic; he sits on a .312 lifetime average, with nearly a 1,000 RBIs, and 247 HRs. He's been playing for ten years, this 2008 season will be his 11th; it pisses me off that Canseco is so desperate for money that he's trying to throw people (like Ordonez, A-Rod) under the Steroid-Bus. It's just stupid and ignorant.

Jose Canseco is "Vindicated"

Seriously folks, who would've thought after all the backlash and shit that Jose Canseco's first book Juiced that'd he'd write another one. This one will apparently focus on A-Rod's alleged (performance enhancing) drug use, and Mark McGwire's deal for immunity before he took the stand against Congress. Sadly, I'll read this.
