Iron Man writers go to the Highlands...of Scotland?

Art Marcum and Matt Holloway have been tapped to pen a Highlander remake. Which I guess would make sense considering they'll remake anything and everything. Holloway and Marcum did a fantastic job on the Iron Man script, so much so I think they'll do Highlander justice. It was only a matter of time before someone tried to reinvent the films, because the last couple of movies have been so terrible they're not worth watching.

Iron Man makes a killing

IRON MAN starring Robert Downey Jr, Jeff Bridges, Gwenyth Paltrow, and Terrence Howard opened up Friday to astounding $30 million dollars just on Friday alone. Tack on an additional $5.2 million dollars and you've got $35.2 million for Thursday's 12am shows, and Friday's opening day/night numbers.

Looks like it will make somewhere near $90 million dollars.
